Yeah, if they asked you to submit the same docx, I'm thinking you still may have a chance. When I say I was sooooo happy! All of the layouts were nice, but those other layouts were small, and I'm like listen, I'm not desperate, so I'm willing to wait for the bigger layout - ESP if I'm going to be paying that type of price for rent, you know? And, it's crazy b/c I remember when I first started looking at the building, I remember seeing another layout that was even bigger than the ones they showed us! But, I'm also not surprised that, that layout was no longer available...it was similar to the 2 bdrm.
Finally figured out how to directly reply to a post lol. Yeah I guess there is still SOME hope, but they are def waiting for something with the logs before me. I figured if the ones before me said no already, I would’ve def been contacted by now. Ugh I hope I hear something Monday, because I’m not sure how much more of this I can take lol
Hey, I’ve been following this thread for a while because I also have been contacted to submit documents and was curious why I haven’t gotten a response back yet. Typically I’ll get a rejection letter one or two days after submitting documents. It’s been a few weeks now but I see that’s because they haven’t reached my log number yet. Congrats Nicole on accepting your offer. Ashley, I know you’re up next ! If any of you ladies have pics or videos of the apartments you got to view please send it to me ! I would love to see it !

I didn’t take any pics/videos at the showing because there were so many people in the apartment at one time! But I believe management should have sent you a file with videos and photos when you were asked to submit documents. The apartment I saw looked exactly like the video! No disappointments.

I’m sure it will happen. Log number 4 is very lucky! I’m guessing since you’re log #4 and I am 2xx, its a longshot for me for sure. Can’t see so many others turning it down and that leaves only 2 apts left. But you never know. Congrats! Keep us posted.
Hey guys, so just an update - not a good one. So I got a reply today (probably because they got tired of me asking lol), and was told that there are three applicants below me who are interested in the two bedroom, and I was asked if I would be interested in a one bedroom. Unfortunately I cannot take a one bedroom because my daughter is 12 years old and has never had her own room, and neither have I for the past 12 years lol so a one bed would never work. If anything changes they said they’d let me know, but I’m taking it as this chapter is closed. Hoping to get something else soon! I applied to others I actually like more, but they’re very popular so I’m sure I’ll be out of luck there too. Congrats to Nicole and firstimer! I know you will both love your new home. Feel free to keep me updated.
