Yep I will! Thank you. I saw something last week about being able to switch to an income based plan and having previous payments count. I'll look into it. Should I join the fb group? Do you recall the name?

Does anyone know where these should be posted?

As per previous threads usually these new numbers should be effective April 1st, so good luck to everyone and the new AMI’s!

I have been waiting for these figures but since there is a new HUD president it may take a little while. I’m hoping they are posted soon though.

Meant to say a new secretary….that’s what’s holding everything up. If anyone is denied because they make too much, I would appeal because the bands are predicted to increase by up to 16% (source:Novogradac).

I saw that :/ feel like i'll be pushed to lower AMI and the AMI I'm currently in (60-80%) barely have any avail units in these new buildings. So will be very interesting to see how it all plays out

It is now April 20th and still no sign of the new AMIs. Does anyone know which date they generally come out on? I'm horribly impatient, I know.

It's usually the first of April, this delay is very annoying.

Oh, that is annoying! I wonder why they are so delayed this year?
