I did but I’m pretty sure I don’t qualify. I applied back in like 2018 and the old housing connect site says they are still doing tenant selection so I’m hoping I get picked for that one because it had lower AMIs

Oh nice! Love that number! Mine is 5XXX so will not hold my breath for this one since there’s not many units lol

ugh, I'm in #8,xxx. This is frustrating cuz this is my most wanted housing so far :/ I read an article about 'the reply-all phenomenon' so only 37% of the total were eligible. Wish the article was right so I could get a chance haha

Honestly I think it’s true. I’m a perfect example lol. I applied thinking it was the same one I applied to back in 2018 however I don’t qualify for these AMi brackets so I’m withdrawing.

Aww sorry I didn't mean to offend you :/ I found this lottery process very stressful. Hopefully, we all get the apartments that we can call home.

No worries I’m not offended. I think a lot of ppl do what I did. I’ve also applied to a place I knew I wouldn’t win (higher AMI) just to see what my log number would be. I withdrew immediately.

But ya from what I’ve heard (even from a few agents) is that a good amount of ppl who apply don’t qualify so there could totally be a chance you get a spot. You never know. Good luck!

I saw that it said phase two but wasn't aware of the housing lottery when phase one was happening.

Just saw my log # is 6xx's. There's only ten units and the prices are a little steeper for what it seems like the building offers, but the area is where I'd ideally like to live. So if they get to me I will seriously consider it! Good luck to everyone.
