Question on timing… I was told 2 weeks ago that my documents were being sent to HPD then, and they said about 2 weeks for HPD to review. I have been checking the website every few days, and just this afternoon, I see that my documents were now uploaded into the Documents section of Housing Connect. My question is does that mean that they only submitted my package to HPD today, or could it still have been submitted two weeks ago, but documents were just uploaded today? Does HPD get the documents to review by the Marketing Agent uploading them to the website or is there another method that they may have used? I’m just hoping that after waiting 2 weeks, it doesn’t mean that my 2 week HPD review starts today.
I did call them. But when i did they kept giving me different numbers to call saying i was contacting the wrong department. So i never really got through. But a few days later the management called me and said Hpd approved me. Let me know when you get your approval! And good luck to you. I know they might be really backed up right now
