has anyone moved recently to a 2 bedroom apartment at this complex?
how big/small are the apartments compared to market prices? would a family of 5 live here comfortably?
I have been contacted to submit documents a while ago but I am wondering if i should continue with the process. Based on the pictures the apartment looks small. we currently live in a 1000 square feet in BK and have been wanting to relocate to Queens but everything we saw (streeteasy) it is too small or out of our budget. We fall under 130-165 AMI

i would suggest still doing the process and wait till you are called to view the place. you can contact the development directly to see if you can view the apartments now early too. some will let you. Good Luck!

I have to say 2 bedroom for family of 5 is tough. Especially when the kids grow up. But you never know, it may work out for you guys.

Just wanted to update in case anyone was interested in their place in line and what is available:

I was just emailed a few hours ago. There is a studio available in the 130% AMI for $1787. My log number was 1xxx . I'm going to skip out on it as I have no business in Queens. I was only desperately applying to see the type of log # I would get and to see if I'd even get contacted. It seems like I'm mainly called for stuff outside of my boroughs of preference... weird.
