Just viewed a 2BR 1B affordable unit in this building yesterday. Pretty spacious with washer/dryer in unit. The porter giving me the tour mentioned there are about 10 or less units left in the building (including both market-rate and affordable). Hoping to sign our lease soon!

My application just moved to pending. Curious anyone that has toured or is living there, are the affordable finishes the same at the MR apartments? From the images on housing connect it looks like they aren't but just wanted to confirm.

For the most part, yes everything is the same. The only difference I can tell in general are the stoves. The affordable units have electric GE stainless steel stoves just like the MR apartments. The only difference is where the knobs are located which would mean they're just different stove models. Other than that, the cabinets, bathroom tiling, walls, doors, etc., in the affordable units are identical to the MR units.
My Application moved to pending this week. Wondering if there are any units left …
Log in 1xxx and I see they have only 41 apartments for the lottery
My application says ineligible log number 1xxx only short by $300 but technically I do make that just my profile shows different does anyone know the email of the person who’s handling this building that I could reach out too please.
Sorry, from what I heard the building does not have any more available lottery units .
I do hope am wrong and you get asked for docs and approved for the unit you want .
