Hello! For those who’ve won a unit in the building… How was your experience? What was your timeline from initial “request of documents”.

Other than that, the cabinets, bathroom tiling, walls, doors, etc., in the affordable units are identical to the MR units.
Hi congrats on your apt. How long did your process take from initial request? I have submitted 2 rounds of documents and haven’t heard back.

Hi, what's your log #, preference and AMI if you don't mind me asking? Application just went to pending around 1 month ago. Want to see my chances lol

My log number is 1xxx, 80% AMI but no preferences. I can do a studio or a 1 bed. No preference to be honest, as long as it's my own place lol

I'm also hoping to hear back from this one; Log #4XXX (no CB.) My Housing Connect application status has been "Pending" since end of November so any updates would be nice.

I emailed the housing people today and they gave me this reply:

Hello,

Your application was set to pending as there are unfortunately no units that fit your income range.

I don't understand this if I am 80% AMI, but I guess there are no units left. Give up hope if you're still waiting lol. Log #1xxx.
