Why do mini lotteries disappear from "My Applications" page? I have been invited to at least 15 mini lotteries, I usually withdraw (or get timed out), and I am wondering why there is no evidence of them on my Housing Connect dashboard or anywhere else? It would be nice to keep track.

Suggestion: Keep ALL listings that a user has applied to or been invited to in their dashboard.

Wow that’s so many. I have yet to be in 1 mini lottery.

I rejected most of them for various reasons, and yet none of them remain on my dashboard. But other listings that I applied to, then rejected are still on my dashboard.

Yeah that's a bit odd.

I have never been invited to view one of these either. I don't get why some people are and some aren't.

I am AMI 60-80% Family of 4. No filters on boroughs. Maybe this helps me.

BTW, most of the MLs seem to be in the Bronx.

I'm 130% AMI and no filters on boroughs either, so you'd think I'd be getting them all the time! Weird.

Frankly, most of the MLs that I have been shown are one-off units in really low income neighborhoods of the Bronx and Brooklyn - rent for these units is usually in the 40-80% AMI range. Maybe there aren't many 130% units popping up. That's all I can think of.

I also wonder if a building can benefit (tax-wise) by lowering an available unit to the 40-80% AMI level.

No filters however I am at a lower AMI 70-80 depending on the area. Might have an impact

So today my "Pending" applications decreased by 1 and my "Completed" applications increased by 1 and I have no idea which one it is. I'm assuming I was rejected by a marketing team and I can't tell which one. So frustrating.
