I was just asked to submit the bank deposit clarification...hoping that it will go through quickly after that...I'm in the 100%AMI ... @ambarvillar1 do they have everything up and running, and did you have to hire a moving company or used a uhaul?
The laundry is up and running, parking spots will be lottery. Gym is not done yet. 2 terraces and Children Playground are done but we can’t access yet. After that the building is good to go. I hired Piece of Cake Moving they are very affordable and do a great job they assemble all your furniture where ever you want.
The management company is Upright, they've been really nice so far. I do have CB and ME preference, hoping they would call my best friend too since she is down the block from it.
There pretty quick. I should be moving into this building next week. Just be patient with them and provide them all your documents ASAP. My process was not that bad but the waiting game killed me.
4/5- asked for documents
4/19- filled out more documents
5/4- file was submitted to Hpd
5/21- saw apartament/ notified I was completely approved with hpd
Signing lease moving in next week
Congrats!!! Wow your process went by quickly! You’re so lucky! I have Cb preference and log number 4XXX I submitted my docs about a month ago and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I’m praying to god I get into this building.
I was contacted as well about providing documentation. However, I would like to see what the inside of the building looks like. Do you have any pictures to share?
