Beach 21st Apartments CB & ME preference (lease, movers)

Hi everyone,

I got the request for documents on 5/24/22. I handed off my documents 5/31/22, and was told I am eligible for the 3bdrm. I filled all the forms they sent me, J-1, TIC, R-5, etc on 6/3/22.
They've accepted them, and said it's been received. Can anyone tell me what happens next, I didn't get that far the last time.

Hey,

There pretty quick. I should be moving into this building next week. Just be patient with them and provide them all your documents ASAP. My process was not that bad but the waiting game killed me.

4/5- asked for documents
4/19- filled out more documents
5/4- file was submitted to Hpd
5/21- saw apartament/ notified I was completely approved with hpd

Signing lease moving in next week

You should start packing and looking for movers. From this point on your file will most likely be approved within 2 weeks.

Mine was 4×××, but dang if it happens that quick I will be scrambling...guess I'll take a few days off to organize things since I have little ones...definitely dislike packing!! Thanks for the replies.
