Not yet. You also on the two bed right? Is your floor plan exactly as in the housing connect website? The reason im asking is because the second bedroom, that squared space that goes a little over the apartment line (two windows) does not exist in the apartment that was assigned to me.

Yes it’s exactly the same … the second bedroom actually has three windows. I’m curious to see what yours looks like ? Are you higher AMI ?

Yes I'm on 130%. The assigned apt. is the the second bedroom without the windows(one), that squared part does not exist. It literally a shoe box, can't fit a bed.

Wow. I thought they were all the same layout. I’m on the 08 line. What about you

When did you guys get access to the building portal, for rent payments and maintenance request? I just signed the lease with move in next month, so not sure if it's something I will get at time of getting my keys. Also, is this not a Con Ed building? I've tried looking at the address and doesn't allow me to register the apartment number.

I moved in Monday and I still dont have access to portal. I sent an email about it but no one replied. Im going to ask them in person tomorrow. Also they told me electrical is added to your portal monthly. So you don’t have to worry about registering with coned.

Oh cool, getting nervous since I've just thought of so many questions that I should have asked during the walk through. Please let me know how the portal thing goes though.

Officially moved in and loving it. Building staff has been great. Still no access to the portal though but they said all in do time so I’m not stressing. Move in was really simple. If anyone needs recs for cheap and amazing movers let me know!
