It took almost two weeks. Which was painful lol. But have faith and be patient. The compliance manager that works for rockrose whom is handling all the affordable units is SO lovely and has wonderful energy. She will tour you then that’s who you go to the rockrose office to see to sign your lease.

After all the struggle with this lottery, the appeal and win it, im not sure if I will move to the build. The apartment is really really small. I'm on a two bed 130% income, the sqf really is of an one bed. The second bedroom if you luck, can fit a single bed and the kitchen/living room area has a strange shape. I would need to get new furniture my stuff just won't fit. I'm so bummed. I really don't pay much more now in a same size apartment.

I am sorry for your disappointment after the struggle.
The Lyric apt is rent regulated. It’s likely the rent will rise significantly less than similar apt without rent regulation. If your present apt is not rent regulated you should consider this in your decision. Without rent regulation a tenant is not necessarily given a renewal, and there is not a maximum on the rent increase.

Good luck.
