I submitted two rounds of documents and toured the building and I didn't get in. I do qualify, but it says they leased the apartment to a lower log number. Super frustrating, I really wanted this. But now on housing connect it says my application is completed. Does this mean I'm out of the running if a unit ever opens up? It seemed like I was very close to getting it so that would be even more frustrating if I no longer have a chance at all.
Hmmm… Interesting…
I’m sorry… but don’t be discouraged. I think you should ask them these questions while they’re still being responsive.
Today I received an email that only 130% AMI studios are available. No more 1BR & 2BR units. The rent is $2433 & the amenity fee is $50/month waived in the first year. My log is 10XXX & I will turn this down.

Wow, Thank you for the update. Did you recently asked to submit your first round of documents?

Were only studios available when they contact you? I’m also in the 130 Ami range and I haven’t received any update from them directly.

Hey, can you tell me about the tour? Are the studio apartments really 300 square feet? How are the amenities? Appreciate any info you may have from your tour.
Just got contacted today about submitting docs. I assume it's the 130% AMI and will be a studio. I'm interested but them space sounds/looks small on the layout plan. Does anyone have any photos of the studio? It'd be much appreciated, thanks
Lyra management has an open house for their lottery studio units, they sent me a link to book a spot if I'm interested to go for the tour. Didn't you get an invitation link so you can reserve a spot for their open house?
