There must have been different log # for the different AMIs im in the 130% and a log number 2xxx and was asked around submit a few weeks ago. I haven’t heard a peep since but I called to confirm what was available before I wasted my time submitting and they said both studios and 1beds in my AMI
@mylove2020 Well now you know and all your attention to go to the other apartment you can possibly get, either ways, I know it would be bigger and probably even cheaper than this.

Did you call the contact number that's in the housing connect contact section for this lottery? They wouldn't answer my questions when I first called and said I had to email them to get more information.

Thank you! Are you in a 1 bed? Are there different choices of layouts? I’m living in Astoria in a new building that I also love but this apartment would be around 300 a month cheaper. However I’m concerned about the layouts /space.
@nukepharmD, I move in later this month. Tiny studio with 1 small closet. Hopefully to get a 1 bedroom when the lease ends.
How has it been so far? Are there any restaurants or stores nearby? How’s the building? I should’ve walked around more, but had to rush back to work.
