I think you should reach out, this is torture for you. I know… because I’ve had apartments under review for over a year with Reside…. It’s very frustrating.

Hey Aly_girl1, they asked me for Additional documents. I submitted them and I was told that there is only 1 studio left in 70% AMI. Also! They told me there is someone with a lower log number than me that "MAY" appeal, there's nothing saying that they have started that process yet.

I am so confused and nervous because didn't this happen to Mylove?

You really think so??? I'm hoping so, my nerves are all over the place.

Since I haven't been reached out to in nearly 4 months, they asked for so many updated documents.

I do have a question! Did they ask you for updated documents?? If they did how did they reach out to you? Phone or email??

They asked me for updated stubs etc. just before sending my file to HPD. And it was via email. All you can do is have faith! Positive thoughts!

I'm trying lol! I wonder if the person with the lower log number is going to appeal. In any case! I have been trying to stay super positive and I have money saved up for moving.
