My log is 39XX . 70% AMI
Do you know which number should call to appeal?
Also what is your #?
Hey Yah22, my Log is #14XX 70%AMI. It should be in the contact section of your application.
Did they ever ask you for documents??? I've tried calling them 3 times and every time they tell me that I have to send them an email and wait for the marketing agent to respond.
I just got an email from them. IDK if they're lying because they said the same thing to MyLove2020. But they're saying the lower log number is being processed for the final 70% studio.
Here's the email:
"Hello,
There are no updates. The applicant with the lower log number is being processed for the final 70% AMI Studio. You’ll receive a follow after a determination (if the applicant accepts or denies the unit) is made. We thank you for your patience."
I’m sorry @jam_mies, Hopefully the person doesn’t accept! I think those agents are sneaky and dishonest…. Things just don’t add up, but unfortunately you’re at their discretion.
Is everything done online? Like don't they interview in person after you have submitted documents and before it goes to hpd for approval. Went through this thread and as if Noone mentioned it in the timeliness of acquiring the apartment.
Everything’s done online. Once they get approved by HPD most people mention viewing the apartments and then having another appointment for signing the lease.

What log number and AMI are you by the way?
I am log 3xxx looking for 2 bedroom. Recently asked to submit documents.
