Can you let me know what email address contacted you please? I want to reach out to them.

What's the 411 on East Harlem? Feel free to be superrrr candid lol. I'm from the Bronx but moved to a quieter area of Brooklyn 2-3 years ago. I feel like I can handle 125th since I don't go out much and I just keep to myself but I'm wondering if that's enough to survive living over there. The new buildings they're adding are beautiful but I'm 50/50.

East Harlem leaves a lot to be desired. If you're gonna do EH, 3rd and 2nd avenues are best right now. The Smile is a lot because there's a ton of ratchet nearby. that 125th st and lex train station has something ALWAYS HAPPENING. Coming from a brand new building to all that everyday is going to negatively impact your mindset. You may think like you can handle it, but when you actually live in it, by seeing it, is a different thing. The Smile looks like a nice building, so if u wanna do it, go for it.

I've already toured the apartment ...the apartment itself is one of the best lottery apartments I've seen they are very spacious and modern and beautiful...the walls have exposed concrete they have a key less lock u have to use ir phone to get into the apartment...they have in unit washer dryer...they have built in led lights in the kitchen... the bathroom is nice ...and they have 2 very large walk in closets...the closets space is more than enough...but the area is horrible
