I live in Brooklyn crossing and I love living here but the smile building in harlem just reached out to me to do a building tour for a 1 bedroom...I know I'm not moving but ima go to the tour anyway ..I always wanted to see the smile building in person
The amenities at The Smile is awesome, I believe they have jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room. Please ask how much is the amenities fee including their outdoor swimming pool, I'm curious!

I couldn't record he said the apartments wasnt finished he didn't want me to record and there's alot of lottery apartments left but as far as the apartments go the 1 bedroom is huge its bigger than I thought it was gonna be wit 2 huge walk in closets the walk in closets are really huge ....the living room and bedroom is very spacious and the design of the apartments very nice with exposed concrete walls the door is key Less u have to use a app to get into the apartment and built in washer dryer and it has led lighting in the kitchen probably one of the best apartments I've seen...I definetly wouldve took it if I wasn't living in bc
