Honestly it took like 4 months. They had a lot of applications and by the time they reached me and I submitted everything, there were no more units again so I was waitlisted.
dont make the same mistake i made. I submitted online but I immediately withdrew my application because I wanted to submit a paper application to see if that would improve my chances. Well, HPD considered it a duplicate submission,even though I withdrew my online application with a reason of "submitting paper instead".
