The housing connect website asked me to either accept or reject the apartment, and then shortly after, the housing agent sent me an email congratulating me. She told me next step is signing the lease and getting move in date

I’ve heard that review complete usually means you were approved. I can send you a message of what my HC looked like

Yes please can you send it to me and now my marketing agent says that now the developer has to approve me and he has a case now where they rejected someone even after Hpd approval. This whole process is stressful.

Hey yall, I'm slightly confused about how you found out if your application was sent to HPD. I already submitted my documents Wednesday and Friday when my marketing agent requested more, but I don't know how close my application is to the end of the process.

The agent should tell you when they’ve sent your documents to HPD. Mine did.

Yes your marketing agent should tell you when your file is submitted to HPD. Also, if they’ve uploaded your file it would appear on the Housing Connect portal. If you click into the application for that lottery, your file would show up as uploaded by an administrator.

Mine was already uploaded on 31 Jan by my agent. Does that mean she's already submitted it? I'll email her today to make sure but was just wondering. Also worried cos I submitted all my docs via email but the status on my application says "submission window expired". Hope it won't be an issue!
