For those who won a lottery apartment, how long did it take before you received approval from HPD?

Does anyone have a time frame or when property managers usually reach out once you get approval from HPD? My housing specialist said I should be hearing something from them soon, and tomorrow will make one week I haven’t heard anything if I don’t get a message by then.
I’m worried that something could be wrong with my case then?
My status changed from "under review" to "review complete" on 2/1. I spoke to my agent and she stated my file was reviewed by management and sent to HPD. It's now 2/9 and I'm curious to know if something is wrong. I called again today and was told it's still with HPD. I know they can't say much until they hear from them. This process is so stressful!! The constant wondering if I'm going to get the APT.
Hi! Just providing an update that my file was approved by HPD today!
Originally submitted 1/18, so took just over two weeks or 11 business days.
Good luck to everyone - your approvals should be coming soon
Congrats to you!!!!! this makes me very hopeful! As my file was sent 1/24 . Wish me luck

The leasing agent told me it could take up to two months max to get through HPD. Stay positive!!
I think this was asked already in this thread, but didn't see an answer - once documents are sent to HPD is there a chance that HPD would reject it? If so, has this happened to anyone or have any of know of anyone who experienced this? Also once documents get sent to HPD is there still a chance that we may get a message back to submit more documents or is it more like holding our breath from this point forward?
Reside just send my documents to HPD earlier today

I’m wondering this too. My application was sent to HDC a week and a half ago so I’m just waiting to hear back. I think if your application isn’t complicated you could get approved pretty quickly.

I don’t think HPD actually rejects applications. They are basically double checking if the specialist checked eligibility correctly. If they find discrepancies they don’t “reject” but instead ask the specialist for additional/supporting documents.
If the specialist did everything correctly, once it’s with HPD ur practically approved.
