Can I ask what makes you think they'll reach out? Because you're in the 130 AMI or that the one-bedrooms are expensive? Both?

Yeah both! Don’t think it’ll be anytime soon but given that there are a few luxury apartments on HC at 130 which cost less I’m just not sure that these will be seen as a good deal at the moment for those in that AMI.

I will add a third factor. The one-bedrooms are small. Yes, they are nice and plan shown has WIC. But, it could be that some people can’t make it work in such a small place with a high rent.

Log 3xx here, not that interested because it's so expensive but I might take a look.
Adding that I also have ME preference, no CB. No contact yet.

Log 26xx here but no CB. Lowest log # i've ever gotten but not sure what my chances are. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed. Any thoughts on the chances of me getting called? I fit both the 70 and 80 AMI.

If you were 130% I'd say you have a good chance but the lower AMI units get taken a lot quicker. I wish you luck but I would try to be patient as if you are called it will be a while for those units.
