I agree. And this lottery closed less than a month ago. It’s a complex lottery with studio to 3 bedroom, and three different AMI %. It will take time. If the studios are very small more people will refuse them which takes time and rises the log# that takes them eventually. This might happen to 1 beds also depending on the size.
Would trade my 1 bed at 266 kent and my soul for a 2 bed here lol
