I received an update on HC and my status was “ application rejected, and the reason for the rejection was: “You did not submit all of the documents requested within the required timeframe to continue processing your application and/or the documents provided were incomplete or insufficient.
The following documents are missing from your application:
copy of current Lease (copy submitted expired in 2021);
M***** - Copy of Social Security Card (copy submitted is unreadable);
S*****- Copy of Social Security Card (copy submitted is unreadable).
Now I have until 6/9 to appeal which I did right away since the documents is very easy to provide.
Also I feel that they could’ve just reach out to me and ask me to send them the missing documents instead of rejecting our application. In any case, does anyone knows how long an appeal could take after sending the requested missing documentation?
also, if the appeal is successful, could they again/still request another documents. I am thinking if this is the only things they need from our application that mean they reviewed all the others documents, (income, bank statement, etc.) and everything else is good?
Thank you!
I could be wrong but I’m imagining they are verifying everyone’s documents and reaching out if you need to fix stuff, then the next step will start 6/9. Would explain why only one person has heard anything.
Regarding the north tower somewhere there told me it will be done June 1 but no idea how accurate that is.
