Well, you can try arguing that it was one-time, not recurring, income, but that is always an uphill climb.
+1 to this, they are solid walls when it comes to “one time, not recurring” payments. People are constantly disqualified because of one-time bonuses at work, a few $20 deposits from family over the holidays, etc. It’s a pain in the *** but not impossible, and it doesn’t hurt to try appealing.

I wonder what log they are on now? Mine still says under review. Let’s see if they will reject me hopefully not
No news is good news, and "Under Review" means they've likely sent it to HPD. Keeping fingers crossed for you both!
Submitted my second round of documents 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back. Housing connect still shows my application as “under review” too. I hope you’re right about “no news is good news” haha

Hopefully you will hear back from them today. Did you sign the TIC yet?

I e-signed the marital affidavit and release form on pronto already. I’m assuming I won’t hear back today due to it being a holiday, but I’m praying I hear back at some point this week
I was contacted to submit additional documents today but they are all the same documents but updated version. My question is on pronto, do I delete those documents I uploaded and add new documents? They only give us two days to do this it’s making me nervous. Thanks for your advice.
