hopefully we get approve by the city.
Does anyone knows how long that could take for approval and what happens next?
From I’ve seen on this forum, usually takes couple days to two weeks but most of them were approved in couple days I believe it really depends on different cases. Seems like things have been moving smoothly for you. Congrats!! Please let us know once you see the unit and amenities~
Can anyone speculate as to why they seemed to have gathered documents from most, if not all, of CB people right away instead of doing it one by one or in smaller batches? In other lotteries it seems like they do it in very narrow groups in succession.

It might be because there weren't many CB applicants, there's no way to know. In the end, it doesn't really matter how many they request documents from, once they fill the allocated units, anyone left goes into gen pop. As always, a request for docs is a good sign, but never should be taken to mean there is a unit assigned to you or that you will definitely get a unit if you qualify.
@Flora did you agent told you when you files was sent for HPD approval? My agent didn't told me it was sent but I just assumed it was because yesterday end of afternoon I saw my HC was updated with HPD files added to the “documents” section of my account so not sure if that mean it was sent?
