Oh wow, congrats, amarg94. That sounds promising. I am a lower log number than you and haven't received any word from them since submitting my second round of documents. Out of curiosity - did you do the rent payments or credit check option?

Or maybe they are doing 70% AMI before 80% - that could explain it.

Ya I had noticed that and was a little confused. It seems like they may be going slightly out of order, but no one will be assigned an apartment before someone else with a lower log number ultimately.

Exactly this. Sometimes a different agent at the same office will work more quickly or slowly and it doesn't mean someone with a higher log will be approved ahead of you.
