@Jpnomad, Enjoy your new home. My kid also got one. She is not in town and didn't share much the detail. She will visit the place next week. She mentioned that they won't allow changing the moving date to a later date, and if she won't sign the lease on the visit date, her application will be rejected. I will share more when she has the update. Affordable housing is so new to me, learned a lot in this forum. BTW, the floor plan seems difference from the one someone posted earlier.

I only know no remaining 1br for 70%, 80% ami.
