hi! i just got contacted on fri to review docs and from this thread i can see about 5 ppl who qualify (earlier than me) and from my understanding we’re all up against each other for the 1 studio left??
also pronto contacted me twice and im eligible for both studio and 1 bed do u think it’s possible they have me in the lottery for both? (but my inference is probably no since from this thread it seems that there’s only a studio left?)
thanks!

You definitely have a good shot since you’re contacted. What’s your log and AMI? They don’t have 1br for 70/80% AMI but there’s still plenty of studios left
Congrats!! I think someone said they have plenty of studio left in your AMI. Do you have any preference? CB or anything? If not, that means they are somewhere around 1000-2000 log now. That’s good to know! Hope you get what you wish for!
Anyone knows if your log # was reached but then being put on hold because the preference was mistaken, do you still need to go through the lottery again for non-preference pool or you just wait to be called again when the log number reaches you for the non-preference? Thanks!!

There is only 1 lottery, when the log #s are assigned. If you qualify for a preference, you may be called for that group, in order of log within that group, until those units are filled. Once the preference units are filled, everyone else is processed in log order until the remaining units are filled. Having been contacted by mistake, while annoying, won't help or hurt you.
does anyone have pics/videos of the studios?
approximate sizing of the apt? i’m rly hoping it’s not as small as the model studios …
thanks in advance!

I asked a similar question recently after seeing they are reaching bigger log numbers for general. My log number is 2xx and Once they reached out me for city employee preference, then it turned out I'm not a city employee.
Below is their (Ruby's) answer this week and nobody reached me yet.
"When and if we reach your log number for our General Preference applicants, we will reach out to you with an update/further information. Thank you for your patience"
