I applied, but my household is no longer in the 80% AMI due to raises and what not. I'll about to remove my application right now.

For what it’s worth, New AMI% are due to be announced in less than two weeks. It might effect things here or not.

Thanks, I didn't realize. We bounced into the 130% AMI. I'm expecting another raise in October and my partner in the summer so more than likely we'll be staying in the 130%. We're considering moving out when our 2 yr lease is up and looking for a house.

Yes, there are single digit log numbers. I received a log number of 6 for a different lottery.

I have ME preferences, but not sure if they’re any ME unit. it better to confirm with Marketing Agent. Hope for a miracle too, good luck!

Too soon to ask if anyone has heard anything? My log number is way up there but it would be nice to hear if anyone has been blessed to hear anything regarding submitting paperwork.

Purchase housing lotteries typically move slower than rental lotteries. And rental lotteries are not fast. It’s awful but it is what it is. Sorry.
