Intuition, and the text below suggest that additional documents would be required, if not now at the time of the require mortgage application and/or closing. At this time, it’s seems sensible to ask for documentation that the min. downpayment exists.

I have log #1XX no preference for the studio and haven't heard anything so I'm assuming its taken.

I’m 10,xxx with ME preference but I doubt that studio would’ve reached me anyways
