Walked by yesterday and the building + attached townhouses looked like they weren't occupied yet.
I think the income guidelines were too low at 80% AMI. Not many in the bracket have the savings required and after the 2023 update even myself became ineligible. I think 90-120% AMI would of gaurenteed occupancy. While keeping these for middle income folks.
It's listed as no units available since Nov 26th, had a log of 2xxx with CB preference and submitted paperwork in August and never heard back but noticed it wasn't under review anymore.
Just passed by and it looks like nobody has moved in yet. There might still be a chance for all of us **fingers crossed**
