Thank you!!! The TIC paperwork is loaded in the documents tab in the application specific dashboard but I found that on my own just now. The marketing agent didn’t tell me it was there. I signed the lease 2 days ago so when I’m back at a computer I’ll print and sign those documents. Check your application for woodside central and click the documents tab and check if yours is there.
Did you notarized the paperwork by the marketing agency ?
I’m honestly not sure what to do with it because I haven’t gotten a response from the marketing agent.
The marketing agent just emailed me back stating the paperwork was for HPD to review? Not sure if this is accurate so if anyone has more info, please LMK.
Darn looks like I wasn't selected for this, I guess log number doesn't matter?
I was 8XX and didn't get a call or email T-T
Was really hoping for this one as I used to live in the area in my childhood.

Thank you!
HPD to review after signing the lease? I thought that step was before signing.

I thought so too. The marketing agent sent me the documents through docusign. I only had to notarize 2 documents and I was able to scan them back to him via email. He said as long as the TIC documents were completed prior to the lease start date, it’s fine.
