Update management is not responsible for stolen packages. I asked could they look at the cameras , basically stealing packages is a common thing. If its. Ot over 1000 dollars they can't do anything. They told me to get a door cam. The police won't do anything neither if it's not over 1000 . So I lost my money. I guess the cameras in the building is for show smh.

There's a box for packages but I guess they're not utilizing it idky but they should let us use it. I haven't experienced a missing package yet but I do live at the end of the hall with very few ppl and about 3 ppl have ring cams on my floor
