Hey! I don't think the actual score is what they're looking at. From what I've learned, they're looking for evictions, bankruptcies, and collections amounting over $5,000. Also, as far as scores go, I've learned that a score of 580 will not prompt them to look any further into your credit. Hope this helps!
Anyone in or viewed the 2bdrm 80% AMI apts? If so, what are your thoughts ? I submitted documents and just waiting...le sigh the wait is killing me lol. I know I just need to be patient though.

I'm in a 2 bedroom and my 2 bedroom is slightly bigger than others because of the was my closet is in the master bedroom giving me like a 1 1/2 size....
But AMI doest determine size

Hello just wanted to give an update. So I was contacted by email yesterday notifying me that my intial documents have been reviewed and was requested for additional documents. The contact came from Bronx point phase 1, C&C management and the email included my log # and addressed me personally, Along with the additional documents I had to send, I had to fill out a household questionnaire, a child support affidavit, and I also had to DocuSign a TIC. I completed everything this morning.
I was not notified on the housing connect site, so please check your email.

Omg congratulations!! I’ve been checking my spam and regular inbox still nothing , I had to submit 12 documents just for the first round , kinda worried now but keep me posted congrats again !!
