I have a small dog ... Does anyone know what any additional documents they may end up requesting after the initial batch? Im currently waiting and hoping for the best of course. If you submitted everything they may just want explanations to Deposits don't matter the amount

Ok, that would be simple. Thank you. Sorry- I haven't read too far back into the thread. Are you currently a tenant and if so, about how long after they first contacted you did it take before you moved in? I understand everyone's experience will differentiate but just would like an idea of timeline to expect if possible.
I also have a cat lol! But he's a certified support animal. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it for your fur babies because with that certification, no housing can discriminate against your pets

I was rereading the thread and I see that you're one of the only ones who mentioned that you got approved for a 1bdrm at 50% AMI. if you don't mind, can you explain the floor plan of the 1bdrm? Is the kitchen separate from the living room? Island kitchen? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
