So I’m really confused because based on 50% Ami I qualify for a 2 and 3 bedroom so how is it no more units remaining for me , I’m sending an email . This process is not transparent at all and they can say whatever they want . I just had to vent really quick yall. Sorry

those are the only units are i qualify for too, so i guess thats it then smh. are you in the CB?

We are both GP. Been waiting for them to reach the general population for months

my preference is NYC employee and CB. my log # is over 15000. im not holding my breath. whatever happens, happens. i submitted my first round of docs this week. right now it says under review...

I am very much grateful for my apt and the 3 1/2 months ive been here, but when that time comes and I am able to find another apt within a decent price range and a better area, I will not be renewing my lease.
