Log 2xxx w cb & me preference. Going to withdraw due to income. We are in the 80% ami but bc of retro payments and overtime it bumped us up to 130%. Which is absolutely not realistic. Good luck to everyone.

Did you submit documents or tour the apartment as yet ? How far along where you in the process

Nah. I was being requested to sign and submit more documents. I asked them if I could still set up a tour and she asked how many bedrooms I was looking for. No response yet. FYI, you can ask to tour the apartments before signing additional documents.
