Yes, 130 AMI. Turning it down due to size and bad reviews. I also already live in another affordable unit and I will only move if the apartment is bigger and the rent is not a huge jump.
Update on 130% AMI. I'm 5xx with CB and have been given the green light to tour. Marketing agent said it's very unlikely I have a chance at a 1 bed with my log#.
Very new to this, but does that seem odd for a lowish log# with CB, in 130%, at a building with 22 (still not very affordable) 1 beds?

Stick with it. Wait it out. Maybe they were trying to say you have a better chance at getting a studio. The location and building look very desirable.
The agent might know how many of the log#s lower than your log# have CB.

If you get it will you take it? If not, why bother? I was at the end, went from touring a 1 bed to only being able to actually see a studio to a waitlist to getting a choice of 2 different 1 bed layouts. The process can truly be that fluid.
