If they want to process paperwork by Zip Code that is okay. But if they are offering leases and choice of units to certain Zip Codes ahead of others and by so doing disadvantaging higher log#s over lower log#s that would be wrong, and it should be reported in the Press. Such a malpractice could result in a lower log# not getting an offer because it went to the favored Zip Code. There are no preferences for Zip Codes published for this lottery nor for any lottery that I am aware of.
Do you know how much long they'll be on CB? I was told that there are no more disabled apartments left. So, I'm wonder about the other apartments. The project seems to be unorganized.
they're doing CB this entire month, next month is gen pop. the disabled units are very few. i don't believe they lied about having no more units left for this

CB 12 is nominally Washington Heights and Inwood, not Harlem so much.
Perhaps 10039 includes a portions of CB 12 on its west edge. But, it is a fact that some zip codes in Manhattan cross the boundaries of CB. The north side of E96 St is CB11 while south side is CB8 and most (all?) blocks are zip code 10128.
I live on 145 and was told i wasnt cb 10 even though i know i am. I told the lady that as well and she was like oh give us some time we will be calling ppl in Jan…but my thing is dont say something if your not sure because my log number was not low so why would yall ask for my documents if i wasnt Cb

Wow this lottery sounds like a mess, I live in 10039 but like the other person stated im closer to Washington heights 155th area . My log is 5xxx no contact as of yet . But to be asked for documents and then they’re not sure of the CB is ridiculous .
update everyone . Just called and found out they made a mistake with the zipcode 10039 . it is community board 10 . They will be reaching out to zipcode 10039 for interviews soon.
