You guys aren’t understanding. I got an email from Melrose stating I was approved. That’s Why I sent money. Via checks. I dropped off to office.
I don’t think it’s nothing to worry about. I think Management know who will be approved and who’s not. I think hpd is just the stamp of the final review.
Contact Con Ed and Management. But I think when u sign your lease u can send con ed a copy showing when u moved in to the unit so anything before that you’re not held responsible for.
