Does anyone live in this development or know anyone? I got selected for this lottery, however I've read some sketchy things about this building. From robberies to trespassers etc. Is there anyone with some insight with the mentioned development.
Here’s an article. I have to roll my eyes that someone supposedly was keeping $500,000 worth of jewelry in her apartment in a low-income building without a doorman. But what do I know?

Original (?) Lottery notice ‘10 Freedom Place South’ (typo?) with deadline of November 1, 2016. So, $ figures are out of date. AMI% is not mentioned only income ranges and rents. Idk when original occupancy occurred. https://a806-housingconnect.nyc.gov/...entPdf/297.pdf

Brothers have that much scratch and store it in an apartment that's not their own?
