Same (but I’m a little tempted) the pics on Streeteasy are even better but I’m curious if the lottery apts will be the same.

I'll throw my hat in, just in case, that kitchen/LR is beautiful!. Sad we won't have CB even though it's only like 2 blocks away from BC

I know, and that balcony looks pretty big! No pool would probably be a deal breaker for me though, I know that doesn't matter to you. Better to apply and have the option though.

Yes truuee! You need that nice nice gym! Well the process will take a while and maybe by then the BC LT will be finished and you can see what the discount will actually be and if it's worth staying for. Cheaper rent doesn't hurt either.

This one looks pretty sweet, if you can swing it. Of course they won't all be corner units like the model, but whoever gets that one should be happy.
