I think they are going to wait for a new mayor before going for a new contract. So they might be all tier 4 till then. Dunno if they can change tiers before a contract?
Had FP yesterday, the nice lady who went through all the paperwork with us said "September, October & November are the last to receive Tier 4"
HR sent us home with all the Tier 4 paper work. So I'm going to go with that till I hear different.
