I'm sure we can all agree NYC is a different playground in terms of competition and standards.
I have a double digit number of sexual partners but I just feel like NYC is too much of an area where there is just so much competition where one may typically be unsuccessful or not be AS successful as one may be in a different area or region. I have a double digit number of sexual partners...lol! Yeah, you and everybody else too. Getting people into bed is mad easy in any city. Just go to a bar with a lot of young singles. That's it. You can keep working on that number as long as you want until it hits the triple digits provided you are not like 500 lbs and can look decent with serious beer goggles on.
It only gets competitive when you are looking for more than a drunken one-night-stand.

Well I mean, in a smaller city or at college, its easier to stand out. But in NYC, its a lot more competition. Its a whole new ball game.
I'm not from NYC, have been there though, and I happened to see this thread flash on the bottom while looking for another thread. Listen to other posters, your impeccable (if they really are) looks should be the last of your worries if you are worried about being successful where you live. Will you able to afford living in NY? What about your job situation? Focus on that before being sexy, and maybe you will get someone.
