Is metro north plaza on E.101st and 2nd avenue bad projects to live in and is that area safe.

As projects go, it doesn't look too bad.
I walk from DEALS to ASSOCIATED (101st from First to Second) at least once a week without a second thought.

They are surrounding it with some nice looking conversions to affordable and market apartment. The ASPEN at 100th- 101st and First is a nice anchor.
