I was born and raised in NYC. None of my family or friends have ever used the term "Cracka," (in my presence) to describe a white person. I would never associate with anyone who uses racial slurs.
This isn't a term used here. Never heard it said, except through black SOUTHERNERS.
And of course, black folks do not call each other c-..oo..ns.
