I can't believe what I'm hearing. This POS is beating on buckets outside my window doing his african drumming routine. Is this legal or a noise complaint violation ?
Love African Music and old school hip hop but I'm trying to work. This POS normally does this in the summer time and one block over. It echo's all over the neighborhood. Maybe I should go to East NY and whip out some Death Metal music ?
Plus its the same beat over and over again. He isn't one of the more talented ones.
I just filed a complaint with 311.

Someone making noise on a NYC street is *NOT* a new phenomenon. You want to tell him to knock it off. Or, if you feel not up to that task that is what your local NYPD station is there for, give them a ring on the telephone.
