so there are no repercussions for taking out cones or smashing into obstacles or any other possible ways of messing things up?....i might of heard otherwise, but i figure you guys there would know now firsthand what the deal is.
They keep telling us"No one can get you fired but yourself" the classes are just to famiarize youself with the equipment they say "you are not going to remember it all, just don't be afraid to ask when you get to the garage if you need help or have any questions." Once you are at FBF you are on the Job. JUST DON'T BE LATE!!! You will hear that saying about ten thousand times in the first 2 days! LOL
According to the instructor I had today, they do go over your overall progress and if you get into an accident once you finish training they may call the instructor in to ask why they said you were a good driver when maybe you weren't.
Today I wiped out a bunch of cones when I drove on the right side. I rather hit 50 cones then take out a car. This job is all on the job training 3 weeks at fbf is just to prepare us and scare us.
They tell us cover your a** these 4 weeks is the city and dsny covering their a** so we can't turn around and say we didn't know when we mess up.
