During rush hour (mornings and evenings), the E can take 10 minutes between express stops because there are more trains running so they can't go as fast. I take it every day and just about every day they run a slow during rush hour. It's rare that the train flies from one stop to another without delay. I take the E in Kew Gardens and it takes 20-30 minutes just to go 4 stops (1 local and 3 express).

Th youtube video was about 8 mins and 20 seconds long so it was close to 10 mins. But even with 8 mins I still thought that was a lot of travel time without stopping
